Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using ReMail you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address, and password (passwords are stored encrypted, never in plain text).
Content you add: contacts, email lists, campaigns, templates, and suppression lists you create or import.
Sending credentials: the SMTP and IMAP details you connect for sending and receiving email. These are stored encrypted and used only to operate the service on your behalf.
Usage data: basic logs such as login times and IP addresses, used for security and to operate the service.

2. How we use your information

To provide and operate the ReMail service.
To send the emails you schedule, through the sending accounts you connect.
To secure your account (for example, detecting suspicious login activity).
To contact you about your account, important updates, or support requests.

3. The contacts you upload

You are responsible for the contact data you import. You confirm that you have the right to email the people on your lists and that you comply with applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws. We process this data only to provide the service to you and do not sell it or use it for our own marketing.

4. How your data is stored and secured

Data is stored on our hosting infrastructure and protected by access controls.
Passwords are hashed; sending/inbox credentials are encrypted at rest.
Each account's data is isolated so other users cannot access it.
We support optional two-factor authentication for extra account security.

No system is perfectly secure. We work to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only with service providers that help us run ReMail (such as hosting and payment processing), and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.

6. Your choices and rights

You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time from your account settings.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights over your personal data; contact us to exercise them.

7. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it to comply with legal obligations.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of ReMail after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ReMail. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ReMail to:

Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or email people who have not agreed to hear from you.
Send deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, or illegal content.
Violate any applicable anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or similar).
Upload contact lists you do not have permission to email.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, including to protect the deliverability and reputation of the platform.

3. Email sending and deliverability

ReMail sends email through the sending accounts (SMTP) you connect. We help with tools like warm-up and bounce handling, but we do not guarantee that any email will be delivered, reach the inbox, or avoid spam filters, as this depends on factors outside our control (your sending reputation, recipient servers, list quality, and content).

4. Plans, billing, and trials

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you choose.
Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid plan or expire as described at signup.
You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period unless required by law.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Affiliate program

If you participate in our affiliate program, you may earn commission on customers you refer, subject to the terms presented in the program. Commissions are estimates until verified against actual payments, and we may withhold commission for fraudulent or self-referred signups.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and data you put into ReMail. You grant us the limited right to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep ReMail running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to features.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of ReMail. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using ReMail and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or to comply with the law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
